Visual
Edge Technology Appoints New VP Acquisition and Market Development

15, 2006 (North Canton,
Ohio). Visual Edge Technology,
Inc. (VisualEdge) a family of imaging solutions companies specializing in
providing office and wide format equipment, consumables, and service
throughout North America has named Michael Brigner to
the new position of Vice President, Acquisition and Market Development for
the corporation. The announcement was made today by Mr. Mark C. Lewis, President
and CEO of Visual Edge Technology.

professional join our management team and we look forward to his leadership
and energy in our acquisition and market development initiatives” said Mr. Lewis. “Michael’s dealer relationships, experience
in marketplace analysis and strategic planning along with his expertise in
orchestrating acquisitions makes him an extremely valuable addition to the
VisualEdge team and our future plans for growth.”
Prior to joining VisualEdge, Mr. Brigner held the position of Vice President,
Market Development and Investments for Sharp Documents Solutions Company of America,
directing Region Market Development Managers in dealer performance analysis,
increasing the quality of the distribution revenues, and operating income.
Prior to that, Michael was VP of Field Operations for the Southwest Region of
IKON Office Solutions, Director of Sales, Southwest Region for the Business
Services Division of Office Depot. He has also held Senior
Sales Executive positions at Pitney Bowes, ADP, Savin Corporation, and
Xerox Corporation.
Mr.
Brigner’s career of 30+ years in the industry has always been centrally
focused on providing assistance to increase sales revenue and operating
income to the corporate direct operations and dealer community he has been
associated with. He
earned his Bachelor of Arts in 1972 from Kent
State University
and resides in Cape Canaveral, Florida.
