Copeco Acquires Synco USA and Advanced Copy Products of Maumee North Canton, Ohio, April 7, 2006. Copeco Inc., a Visual
Edge Technology Company and a premier dealer of Sharp copiers and office
equipment in Northeast Ohio announced today that it has acquired Synco, USA
and Advanced Copy Products of Maumee, OH. Synco/Advanced is the sole
full-line dealership for Sharp Electronics Copiers, Printers, Scanners,
Multi-function and Fax devices servicing the Toledo and Southern Michigan markets. “Synco is located in a great market and this
acquisition will allow Copeco to grow and expand with the Sharp line in a
beneficial way for everyone involved” said Tom Masterson,
Vice-President and General Manager of Copeco. He added “we look forward
to Synco becoming part of the Copeco family and servicing these new markets
the way Copeco customers have come to expect.” David Reed, Director of
Sales and 15 year employee of Copeco will serve as General Manager of the
Toledo area branch. "This
