Visual Edge Technology Inc. announces increased coverage of Greater Miami Metro and South Florida with acquisition of WBS Technologies.

North Canton, OH — November 5, 2015— Visual Edge Technology Inc. has completed the acquisition of WBS Technologies, one of the leading independent document management/office solutions dealers in the U.S.

WBS Technologies provides sales and service of Canon, Kyocera, Lexmark, and Muratec multifunctional products, assorted office solution software, managed print services, and IT solutions. The WBS Technologies acquisition will give Visual Edge increased coverage across the entire Greater Miami Metro area and south Florida.
